A group of us, including Gary, head out to Umstead as often as possible for some midweek trail runs. Umstead State Park is a 5500 acre oasis in the middle of the Triangle. It is a ten minute drive from my office in RTP and a great way to break up the week. Chuck, from Great Outdoor Provision Company (GOPC) put together this very cool montage of our weekly runs at Umstead. He and his company are also working on an outdoor oriented blog, well worth checking out sometime.
